Well after the bad news of the other day, D and I are strangely okay. We are discussing other options including buying a mobile home (gasp) and moving out on the land. Then trying to sell this home and save money, et cetera, until we decide to build. That solves the 'Little d starting school in the correct district' problem. The big plus is our monthly house payment would be roughly cut in third. Which is pretty significant whether we are building or not. That would let us save a ton.
So goofing off I found this floorplan in a home online. Not to shabby for a trailer. I have no idea the price on it though. Who knows? Still discussing things. But we'll just leave it in God's hands for a while.
