Good House News

Our contractor gave us the bid for the materials list from the second lumber yard and WOO HOO it's $13,000 less than the first yard's bid!! We are beyond thrilled about this! This may not be blogworthy, but I'm using this blog as a place to record events and keep a timeline for when I get around to scrapping stuff. PS this weekend we are digging the water well. I will try to post pictures soon.
