Merry and Bright

I've taken the time to upload a few more pictures and our computer is SO slow right now, it took forever!

Here's a few more of the girls playing in the snow from Friday. Why, yes, Little d is sticking her tongue out in every single picture I have of her in the snow...

And the moring after the snow we woke to a brillant frost covered yard. Yes this is the back yard, and yes, the weeds really do grow that big in Texas...especially if you don't mow.

Here's a glimpse of one of my favorite ornaments on the tree.

And these are the beautiful flowers my husband bought me for our anniversary last week. These flowers seem to last a really long time. Not sure what they are called. I've seen them a lot in arrangements.

I have so much to do this week. We are going to the inlaws for Christmas next weekend, and I need to do stuff for that. Yeah. Hopefully we get to take our Christmas pictures in the next few days also...

I think the flowers are Lilies. They're pretty.

That's way more than I got for our anniversary... lol

I've lived in snowy NH all my life and still stick out my tongue to catch snowflakes. It's just too much fun and a challenge too!

As for the flowers, they're alstromeria (which I may have spelled wrong) which are a small lily flower that come in a variety of colors. A single flower was on our table at dinner one evening and I asked the waitress what it was. She brought me the packaging and I found my wedding flower....just beautiful!
