sssuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucksssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.................
I know it means things are going well, and believe me I appreciate a healthy pregnancy more than you can imagine, but of all the pregnancy symptoms it's the one I understand the least.
Okay God? I get it with the backaches and the heartburn and the peeing every five seconds and the varicose veins and the dizzy spells and the mood swings. But I don't get morning sickness. Why? What's the point? I read somewhere that it's our inner nature from a million years ago protecting the baby from us eating harmful stuff. But here's the deal: I promise not to eat raw milk, soft cheese, uncooked lunchment, unwashed fruit, dirt, bugs, or anything not prescribed by my doctor...okay? So can we ease up of the all day yuckiness?
Seriously, I have two other monkeys to care for. I need my strength. And at some point I'm going to have to shave my legs.
Thanks God ;)
Sincerely,
Mere
Oh and PS thanks a million for not letting me actually throw up. Because that, would be un. for. give. a. ble.

Oh Mere, so sorry to hear you are sick in the mornings. I really can't sympathize too much, never had it. When heartburn gets so bad you want to die. Then we'll talk. A sip, a teeny tiny sip of water could send me into tears.
Glad things are progressing smoothly though.
Yuck to morning sickness. I had it with all three of my kids, and I don't understand it either. The nasuea (I have no idea how to spell that) was so bad with my first they had me take pills to get rid of it, but that didn't help so much since just drinking the water and trying to swallow the pill make me feel sick.
But I'm glad to see things are progressing well with this pregnancy. I'm so excited for you :)
Well, considering I don't have kids, I really don't know what you are going through, but I hope it gets better!!!!
Blessings,

Girl, only in the morning? Well, let me tell ya, I had all day sickness!!! I am not yoking at all. I am just glad it ended all after 3 months. Thank God, at some pint I asked myself, why in the world did you get pregnant. Have you tried the Ginger Ale thing and a cracker right before you get out of bed? It is supposed to help. Have not tried it as I was sick all day long ;D.
Here is a website with some tips from a website I found

HTH and I pray that you'll be feeling much better soon.

OHHH Mere...While I am happy you are sick...cos it means your levels are good....I am SORRY you are sick....esp with 2 little ones there. If you lived closer I would be there in a heart beat to help you out!!! I have 3 kids...I got pregnant with #3 when my then youngest was 11 months old.....it was tough! We were not supposed to be able to have kids...due to my husbands battle with cancer and my messed up hormones...hmmmmmmm what do you know,,,,,the experts were wrong!
Ohh!! I know morning sickness is yucky. I remember those days. Have you tried taking ginger? So sorry :( In the end it'll be worth it (that's the only thing that kept me going).
