Thanks to all of you for supporting me with the whole morning (all day) sickness thing! I think I know the cause...old age! You know when I had Little d I was only 29--a young whipper snapper! And that time around I only felt a little yucky for two weeks. With Little m I felt full-on yucky for the better part of 5 months. Let's hope this time doesn't try to outdo that!
Today was better than yesterday though and for that I am grateful. Tomorrow I go in for another ultrasound and hopefully this time we will see more. I am excited about it. I should be close to seven weeks...last time I was only about five and a half...not much to see then but the gestational sac.
I haven't been doing anything crafty because Saturday is Little d's birthday party and any and all energy is going into cleaning house and prepping for that. I usually make the cake and this year she wants a Cheetah Girl party. Well actually she likes cheetah print so I am going mostly around that theme. And the cake...ugh...I bought a purse shaped pan and am going to attempt to make it look like a cheetah print purse. Wish me luck with that! Although the inside will be yellow cake with mini chocolate chips and we did a trial run for that and it does look a little like cheetah print on the inside.
Okay off to see if I can coax my husband into scrubbing a toilet for me...
"Please sweetie, it makes me want to puke..." (let's be honest...that's not just during pregnancy)

Glad you feel a tad bit better...Hope the birthday goes well! I had my first kiddo on my 30th birthday..I am OLD ha ha.
Ohhhh you are supposed to clean your toilets?
My husband doesn't like the wand that I bought to clean the toilets so I let him clean them. There is a lesson here ladies!!!
Glad to hear you aren't feeling so yucky today. Good luck with the party this weekend. You are a brave lady.
I too had my first at age 29, ten years after we were married. my third was born during my 37th year and my doctor told me I was too old to be having babies. Some nerve, huh. I listened though. He's a very wise man.
